After my whirlwind weekend, I am spending today at home. No kids. No husband. No emails. NADA.
A day all to myself.
I woke up and called my workout buddy and we went for an hour long walk at the track.
I left there and swung through Starbucks, picked up my nonfat latte. I am currently sitting on the couch in my fleece and my fuzzy socks.
I plan on hanging out in the house all day relaxing and cooking a great meal for the family but going out this evening for cocktails with two of my friends.
AHHHH A MENTAL HEALTH DAY. Doesn’t it feel good?
